I spoke with [redacted] from the company and he stated that the company charges $for a service fee with all customers unless the customer has coupon and shows the business it during the service processThe $service fee covers the truckThe $charge was for the hour the company was at the consumer's homeThey do have coupons for consumers to use on their website for the next service

I am very impressed with Absolute Plumbing and their customer service, knowledge and prompt responseJerry C [redacted] called me right back on a Saturday after waiting days for a call back from another company (company assigned from home warranty company) He came out within half an hour and repaired the leaky pipe that day (allowing us to turn water back on) and then followed up on Monday to complete the job to ensure we had no leaks and were not inconvenienced further They were polite, thorough and cleaned up when done I highly recommend them to any one and could not have been more pleased!!
