Not pleased at all with the service I received from Absolute pool care I searched online for a local complany to open my new to me poolSince I had recently moved into a home with an inground and had no idea how to open/close a pool, I thought it would be best to find a company to open it for me I did some research and decided to use absolute I paid the deposit online and they came out a couple of weeks after Mother's Day Upon arrival, they began the process of removing the plugs, installing rails/ladders and summerizing the filter They were unable to install one of the ladders due to a missing rubber ladder bumper, Which I though was odd since both ladders were installed when the house was purchased and the pool was inspected prior to having a different company close the poolAbsolute didn't have an extra bumper so only one ladder was installed While one gentleman was removing plugs, and installing rails/ladder, the other was prepping the filter area to be turned on Once he installed all the plugs and primed the pump it was time to be turned on Upon firing it up, we immediately noticed a substantial leak coming from the salt water generator At that point, I had them stop the process and to not add any chemical to the system We looked at the SWG with more detail and noticed a crack in the scrcoupler which couldn't be repaired I questioned the tech about replacing the SWG and was told to contact the office for an estimate Once the techs left, I called to inquire about the cost of todays visit I spoke with M___ to try to determin if I would have to pay for a complete opening, which didn't occur(no fault of Absolute), or would the $deposit cover it I also inquired about having them install a new SWG I took pictures of the pump set up and text them to Mike at his request and began the process of ordering a new SWG Once it arrived, the following week, I followed up with M___ to see if an estimate was ready and it wasn't I continued to follow up by calling no less that additional times speaking to several different people to clear up the opening cost(deposit:$plus the balance:$130.05.) Each time I called and spoke with M___, or one of the other workers, I was assured I would hear back from them...I'm still waiting for that call I have not received one call back from anyone there and I was charged a total of $to partially open a pool I would rate Absolute's customer service very poorly and would not recommend them to anyone There are serveral more reliable pool care companies in the area, choose one of them

Very good customer service and professional employees,we have been using them for the past years and haven't had an issue.my pool has been very clear and well taken care of.I would highly recommend absolute pools to anyone
