This was one of the worst experiences I have ever had. I was lied to multiple times and don't trust this company.

They did work for us back in 2014. I called and they sent out a worker who was wearing their shirt and gave me his business card with all their information on it. At the end of the work I paid him as I was told to do. Then in November 2015 my roof leaked and I had them come back out. I paid over $1500 to have my house dried out and never asked them for a dime. When I explained that they fixed it before they told me that they had no record of it. I then paid them to fix the exact same spot again and was able to show them paperwork where they fixed it and I paid them. They then told me that it was a crooked employee and they had fired him earlier. Less than a week after I paid them to fix my roof again, it leaked. I called them out and they fixed it again. Then two weeks later the roof leaked yet again. I called them and was told that they would come out and fix it and that they would pay the $500 invoice to dry out my house.

It has been over 7 months and they have not paid that $500 as promised. I have called and every time I was told that they would pay and take care of it. I was told on three occasions that I could send the vendor to pick up the check and when they came they were told by Absolute PRC that they knew nothing. I would call again and was given the run around. Eventually they quit taking my calls, so I called from a new number and magically they answered. But still got the run around. In April 2016, I had a hail storm. They agreed to pay the $500 but only if I would let them put on my new roof and get all the payment from the insurance company. This was never part of the agreement. I have since paid the $500 to the vendor and moved on.

However, I would NEVER do business with this company. I don't do business with people I cant trust. If they were not gong to pay then they should not have stated that they would and it was put in writing. Then to basically black male me into a new roof, I think not.

Beware with doing business with this company.
