[redacted] Staff Member: Response: In response to the issue that is identified at ID [redacted], after the conversation on 5/25/2016, as the customer identified in his report, he was reassured that a refund in the amount that was agree upon was forthcoming. In fact, a check in the amount of $900 was issued and signed by me, and taken to a local US post office drop box on 5/30/2016 for delivery. At 6:24 a.m. on 6/1/2016, I sent the customer a text in response to his text at 6:14 a.m. I told the customer that a refund check had been mailed to him on 5/30/2016, and he should receive the check on that day or the following day. He contacted me on 6/2/2016 stating that he had received the refund check. This entire process between the time the problem was identified and the date that a refund check was sent was less than 3 weeks. This includes weekends and a holiday.
