We have made extreme efforts to rectify the issues with this customerThe main problem with this installation was
when the contractor was having to use old locks on the new pre fabricated doorNewer doors have a smaller bore hole for the hardware, and therefore when altercating the door for them the wood got chippedInitially when we received the complaint we got a different contractor to the job site to use wood filler and try to fix the chips, due to the customer saying they were just going to paint the door anywaysBefore he left the job he checked with the owner, who approved the fix so much he tipped the new servicer $We then received more contact that they changed mind and were no longer satisfiedThe owner then started contacting the customers to offer refunds, new product and to personally install to fix the issuesCustomer had agreed to new door and installation by owner but then cancelled when owner said he was on the wayThe owner and customer had discussed and agreed upon a refund of $150, which the owner has a text message regarding as proofBefore being able to send check this Revdex.com complaint was receivedSince several contacts to customer from owner have been attempted with no answer to calls or voicemailOwner even attempted a home visit since the telephone contact was unsuccessfulOwner has purchased exact door to replace and new lock so that the same issue will not re-occurHe is willing to make time in his schedule to remedy thisThe three appointments that were missed are an exagerration, and the customers have not contacted the office since the owner was personally in contactThe office handles all scheduling and customers have set all appointments through the office, and therefore we are surprised to have received this as we were understanding the situation was resolvedWe are attempting to do whatever is necessary to make the customer happy and will continue to do so, we just have to speak with them in order to

On 7/29/15, Mr*** *** replaced the front door with a new oneHe also caulked around the frame on the insideMr*** did a fine job and was very professional and courteous
There is a flaw in the glass on the inside of the door that I did not notice at the time and I am sure that *** did not notice it either when he got the door

this project was for the installation of (2) entry doors and (2) security storm doors , entry doors were completed (1) side entrance security door requires door closer for completion ,which installer says was not in the box with the doorfront security stormdoor was damaged in the box door was returned and I selected replacementfront security door lockset returned to store by installer was lost according to himthis is the last time i've seen him
