Absolute Repair Inc

Absolute was referred to us to fix broken hinges on our Viking refrigerator door. The repairman admitted to my husband that while fixing the hinges he broke the touch panel which controls the temp of the fridge. We called the company and spoke with the owner, Chris L[redacted] who told us he would fix what THEY broke for several hundred dollars. He even accused my husband of breaking the panel himself despite the repairman having admitted that he did it. This is disgraceful! How can someone come into your home and break something and then expect you to pay for the privilege of fixing it? They should be put out of business. No one in their right mind should ever use this company for repairs. if you do you are asking for trouble.
