We sincerely apologize for the miscommunication regarding the free Hoffman Richter Tactical Knife that is free with the first month’s dues of the Family Protection Association Membership. After reviewing the customer’s account, we can see that the membership was cancelled and the first
recurring charge of $was refunded We have also refunded the initial charge for the membership, which was a charge of $ The customer may keep the Hoffman Richter Knife as an apology for the confusion. We sincerely apologize for the confusion regarding this customer's refund. I do apologize however after reviewing the customers refunds I can see that one of the refunds was processed on 04/02/2015, and the second was processed on 02/12/2015. It can take 7-business days (not including weekend or holidays) for that refund to reflect back in the customers account. To show that we did refund two months worth of charges to the customer I have provided attachments of the refunded charges in our merchant account on the dates that I stated above. Since the refund was placed on 05/12/the latest date that the customer will receive the refund is05/26/15. We apologize for the inconvenienceThank you. membership and have refunded the two additional charges that were charged on the account.  Please allow 3-5 business days for the customer to see the refunds reflected back in their account.
