I had a new roof installed and it leaked and when it leaked it ruined my 27" imac and I talked to the owner mike and he said to get it fixed so I took it in to the only 2 apple repair facilities in Springfield . they said that they could not fix it and gave me quotes to replace it and then I sent them the paper work and no response I called twice and left messages and no response I use the computer for work and really need it
I'm replying to complaint ID. The complaint was made prior to any contact with Absolute Roofing. I went to the house where the computer was, saw the issue, and have purchased the customer a new computer. The dispute was never a dispute.
Please contact the complainer and he will verify. Attached is the release given to me at the time of the new computer transaction.
