Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: The author of the response from Absolute Secutiry does not identify him/herself if a name The response from the individual is full of ABSOLUTE statements made by the author of the response There was no email on refund requestInitial call to [redacted] and Absolute was by [redacted] , the husband, on initial call for a refund and notiffication of move [redacted] contacted [redacted] of Absolutel Security for a refund of the last year due to a move out of state [redacted] was NEVER in position of [redacted] 's cell phone or answered her phone or any calls from Absolute Security came thru on [redacted] 's call Phne recoreds can show every call for proof Thereply statement of months of prepaid alarm in return for equipment is an ABSOLUTE lieWe have purchase order documents that show the equipment, install, activation fee were all paid indivisually and per itemNOT IN RETURN as they state ABSOLUTE statement about financing On three different places [redacted] in writing speaks to TAX FREE and SOCIAL SECURITY and both [redacted] & [redacted] were repeated this verbally and in writing When questioned her not knowing the deployment lenght in Seattle, [redacted] said ONLY the equipment is non refundable THe person quotes [redacted] stating "I understand and will explain to my wife" is an absolute statement and gladly can be under oath in a court of law that such statement was never made and never would be made Furthermore on the facts, two years ago when installing the systems, technology was at a different place with this type of monitoring and was NEVER pasr of the conversation No MOVE POLICY of Absolute Secutiry WAS EVER DISCUSSED OR LEFT FOR US with the exception of [redacted] being told we are not sure we would be here for theree years The last satatement of offering to come to our home to pick up the equipment for a refund NEVER happend It is an absolute made up lieWtih today's technology, especially when your in the security business, you should know conversations can easily be recorded or transcribed into text Furthermore stating and QUOTING statements that were never made and can be proven in a court of law We have ABSOLUTELY lost all trust in Absolute Secutiry for all the lies and made up stories they are putting IN WRITING to Revdex.com that can be admissable ina court of law We request refund of the unused months of monitorin as stated in the complaintThe equipments has been fully paid for and does not belong to absolute security as [redacted] made it clear WE ARE BUYIN OUT THE EQUIPMENT which we have and paid for in full And WE HAVE ALL OUR DOCUMENTS and have not lost anything, nor ever lose documents and will not reed Absolute liars to provide a copy of it Sincerely, [redacted]

After receiving an email requesting a refund because of a move I called and spoke to ***I was actually calling for *** but he answered your cell phoneI explained that you signed a contract for months worth of prepaid monitoring in return for alarm equipment, installation and up to
months of monitoring includedYou were given clear choices when signing between financing with a credit check or prepaying without oneYou elected to take the prepay optionOur contracts are understandable and straight forwardYou signed and countersigned all agreements and accepted the termsSince our company puts our customer relationships on the highest pedestal we created outstanding policies for clients that have to move within the agreement termsThe following were offered to your husband *** and he said "I understand and will explain it to my wife"
Our move policies are documented and included in the folder with your original paperwork, and have also always been posted clearly on our website at the "Move Policies" link
They state that if you received the equipment and installation in return for a month monitoring agreement and have to move anywhere in the USA, we can
Remove the equipment and reinstall it in your new location for a fee of $out and $in (Washington) or $in another stateAt that time your monitoring continues
Cancel the monitoring and sell the alarm with the home because it was paid for by your prepaid agreement
Gift the balance of the monitoring to the new homeowners and we will allow that if they sign a new agreement and pay the activation and training fee.
I even went a step farther and offered to refund the requested amount to *** if we can come and pick up our equipment since you would not be paying for it as contractedHe said "the alarm was sold along with the house and we can't take it out"All contracts and signed agreements are available if you have lost your copies and need to read them againI would love to help you any way that is reasonable, however you cant have a refund and give our equipment away without our permissionYou can however do what you wish with it if you paid for it in full as you did

Mrs [redacted] purchased a surveillance system and signed a contract with us. She was scheduled for install and cancelled twice at the last minute. On her third schedule our electrician arrived and knocked on the door. She came to the door and said she forgot and he needs to wait in the truck until she's...

ready. Our second electrician arrived and had to wait also. After 45 minutes they got in and she said one of them was not allowed in her bedroom. (See electricians end of day report attached.) After the install Mrs [redacted] said she did not like the views and asked for them to be changed. Our electricians accommodated her and stayed late to move the cameras to her preferred views. When done she refused to look at the views or learn how to use it. When she called me at the office she said " I don't like these cameras and I want a full refund and come get these" I explained that there is no refund on cameras that were already installed, that she did not even look at the new views  because she was tired and she wanted them out. I also said that if she would have let them in as scheduled, they would have been done on time. She said (and I quote) "What do you expect me to do when you send a BLACK man to my house, at least I know the Spanish one you sent for the alarm" I told her we refuse to listen to anyone treat our employees badly because of the color of their skin. I said we would gladly send the electrician back out to show her the views and adjust to her liking and train her without charge, but she accepted the decisions of placement during the pre install walk-through and would have to pay to run new wires to different areas if she wanted them elsewhere at this point. She said : I don't want them and I want all my money back and if you don't I'll call the Revdex.com. I told again that we can adjust and train but refunding after installation because she has buyers remorse is not an option. She had three appointments and could have cancelled with refund minus 10% as signed on the contract by her. She has the highest quality cameras and DVR installed and 18 man hours of labor to install them completed. She refuses to sign the after install paperwork or take time to review views or be trained on how it works. She only wants a Buyers Remorse refund!

We request refund of the unused 13 months of monitorin as stated in the complaint. The equipments has been fully paid for and does not belong to absolute security as [redacted] made it clear WE ARE BUYIN OUT THE EQUIPMENT which we have and paid for in full.
And WE HAVE ALL OUR DOCUMENTS and have not lost anything, nor ever lose documents and will not reed Absolute liars  to provide a copy of it.
