Review: We had this company out to install ADT/AST security system and cameras. The system has never officially worked properly and now our camera survelaince system that we used to be able to access thru our phones is not working. I have been on the phone with tech support for at least 6-8 hours with my internet provider, over a period of a week. My internet provider has told me it has nothing to do with their service. I've been on the phone with Krystal who is the office girl there and she is super nice but her manager Richard has been absolutely no help and continues to run me in circles. I will not pay my $500 balance until the original matter is resolved and now the current issue. I am told it is a simply networking issue that Richard can talk someone thru that is computer knowledgable which im not. I believe this issue could be resolved simply by the owner sending a tech or coming here himself to repair something that in his mind seems to simple.Desired Settlement: See Complaint Text
