Just to update- She did call meAs mentioned I told her to give total of $payment for both together to settle for her and her momIt seems she wants moreShe said she is going to tell her mom also to report same or similar complaint with Revdex.comI am sorry but if she does not want to resolve with $max for her and her mom together, I will not be able to do anything moreI don't have anything much to add furtherThat will be end from meSorry for troubleThank you for your time

1) Before I start lash service, I give Lash extensions agreement and consent formPlease find attached copy of this formAs soon as I receive consent from client, I do tell client that this is non-refundable service as mentioned in this formSo If you don't like after I finished with one eye,
please let me knowSo we will not move forward with service and you don't have to pay and also save our time, effort and supporting materialsIf both eyes are done and spent more than minutes, we do not refundI did tell same to this client repeated for three timesShe was okay with itShe did not respond negatively back then2) She was charged $for eyelash service as oppose to what she has mentioned in disputed amount $200 3) After having service done, she really liked the service I performedShe also posted best reviews(out of start) review on google*Screenshot is attached here. 4) Somehow she called about week later and said that other specialist mentioned that I did not do good job 5) I am certified cosmetologist in state of KentuckyI have earned this license by going through months school, passing written and practical test twice (to get apprenticeship and to get master license after successful completion of months apprenticeship6) In an effort to amicably resolve this dispute, I did call her and requested for middle ground to refund $and settle matter with withdrawal of complaintShe did not agree. 7) If you have eye lash extension specialist with board certification in state of Kentucky, I would more than welcome to have her at spot while I perform lash extension serviceIf she does find fault, I would really appreciate and correct myself to improve services. 8) I do have whole eyelash extension training dvds (voland vol2) that I have purchased in past. so I do understand and perform process correctly I am still willing to work and improve my servicesPlease feel to suggest me if you have advise for me. If both eyes are done and spent more than 60 minutes, we do not refund. I did tell same to this client repeated for three times. She was okay with it. She did not respond negatively back then. 2) She was charged $80 for eyelash service as oppose to what she has mentioned in disputed amount $200  3) After having service done, she really liked the service I performed. She also posted best reviews(5 out of 5 start) review on google. *Screenshot is attached here.  4) Somehow she called about 3 week later and said that other specialist mentioned that I did not do good job.   5) I am certified cosmetologist in state of Kentucky. I have earned this license by going through 18 months school, passing written and practical test twice (to get apprenticeship and to get master license after successful completion of 6 months apprenticeship. 6) In an effort to amicably resolve this dispute, I did call her and requested for middle ground to refund $100 and settle matter with withdrawal of complaint. She did not agree.  7) If you have eye lash extension specialist with board certification in state of Kentucky, I would more than welcome to have her at spot while I perform lash extension service.
