Revdex.com: First of all, they got the name wrong [redacted] is my father, I bought the item for him because his English is not the bestThey know that VERY wellSecond, the only reason we got a """refund""" is because I had to take this issue up with a bank and start a disputeAs soon as I threatened them with legal action, John called me and got extremely passive aggressive with me and it was quite annoyingThey did say they would give me a refund, but I do not trust these people and went straight to my bankI waited THREE weeks to get this over with and I don't even have the part I neededI wouldn't be so [redacted] mad if they hadn't been tugging me around for weeks lying to me about having a tracking number and having had shipped my itemThe first time I asked for a refund, they said I had to """wait until my item was received and send it back out without opening the box""" but even then I had to pay for shipping lolWhy would they say that if they never even had my item in the first place? I want this awful company out of business for good, I don't understand how they're still kickingSo, so so many bad reviewsI wish I read them before I dealt with probably the most irresponsible company in the world Regards, [redacted] ***

Mr [redacted] originally ordered a throttlebody from usHe was told at that time that it was an electrical part and that our warranty policy is replacement onlyWe located the part at New Castle Auto Wrecking and it was received not damaged or defectiveWe received a phone call from Mr*** claiming that throttlebody was not the correct part that was neededIt was determined that the part he needed was part #16250-d& IAA unit not a throttlebodyWe emailed on July 6, 2015, that he had to return the incorrect part and call us so we could send what he actually needed Mr [redacted] neglected call us back with the information about the return of the throttlebody or requesting th IAA unit

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below
They stated that I failed to call them back with the return of the throttle body or requesting the IAA unitI in fact did call them back and told them that I wanted a refund as they said, I would receive a refund of most of the cost back after they receive the returned part and I did return the part and also emailed them on July 6, inquiring about the refund ( as I have a copy of that email ) which they did receive the part as I have the tracking information and when they received it.The following is what was emailed to them on July 6, which I have a copy of this email.( I still have not received a refund of $for the part I returned as
they sent the wrong partI have the tracking information for the
returnIt was delivered on June 26, to New Castle Auto Wrecking as
instructed)I have since disputed the charge with my credit card company and received a full refund settled with Saratoga Classics and I have all the communication copies on file and that a full refund was made.When I first ordered this part for $95.00, I gave them the part number 16250-Dfor an IAA unit electrical sending unit and they sent me a mechanical throttle body, part number 16118-D
which is not an electrical partThe part needed is located on the passenger side of the vehicle and the throttle body is located on the drivers side of the vehicle which was explained to them at the timeHow they mixed up the part numbers, I do not know.The bottom line is that they made a mistake, sent me the wrong part, want me to pay for it and was going to charge me more to send the correct part than was originally stated, therefore I requested a refund at that time and emailed an inquiry about the refund after they received the returned part.After I found out Saratoga Classic was charging me a $fee for finding the part, I will never do business with them again, nor will I recommend them to anyone as this is unethical and they did not disclose this information when the part was ordered in the first place.All other companies that I have done business with has made a full refund when a wrong part was sent by their mistake and I did not have to ask for a refund.I was able to purchase the correct part for far less money from someone else other than Saratoga Classic

claiming that throttlebody was not the correct part that was needed. It was determined that the part he needed was part #16250-d3570 & IAA unit not a throttlebody. We emailed on July 6, 2015, that he had to return the incorrect part and call us so we could send what he actually needed.  Mr. [redacted] neglected call us back with the information about the return of the throttlebody or requesting th IAA unit.

We received the amount in full from the bank yesterday, after being on the phone for hours. I'm still concerned about the fact that they have my credit card information though, the bank also thought that was extremely sketchy. They said to keep an eye out for any suspicious charges to my account.

We received the call last night (1/27/16) about the condition of the sun visor.  The reason for taking the time that it did to receive sun visor was we couldn't find one until the one that I was able to ship to Mr. [redacted]. I did not know it was in that bad of shape or I would not have sent it...

to him. I have located another sun visor and willing to send to him. As of 01/28/2016 we have refunded Mr. [redacted] the portion that we charged him in the amount of $40.00. I am in contact with vendor to get the sun visor picked up and his card credited. This car is a 1998 Tacoma and the parts are 18 years old. Our warranty policy says we reserved the right to replace the item before we refund. Mr. [redacted] is not allowing us to replace the sun visor.Thank YouDawnSaratoga Classics & The Parts Broker
