I'm extremely unhappy with Absolute Stone We contracted them for a shower install years ago The initial work seemed great, but started leaking a couple of years later (showers are meant to last more that years) I contacted them and they immediately dismissed the issue, stating it was out of warranty When I persisted, they sent a 3rd party contractor to investigate He confirmed it was due to a flawed install and Absolute Stone said they would fix it Since then, I have been getting the run around for months Each time I do talk with someone, they promise immediate resolution and then do nothing while ignoring calls and messages I'm filing with the Revdex.com now I suggest you stay away fro Absolute Stone at all costs

I would not choose this company againWe did a complete master bath remodel and worked with several excellent contractors including tile, plumbing, painting, demolition, custom mirrors and shower enclosuresAbsolute stone was the only problem contractorWe used them for quartz vanity tops and the base of the shower enclosureThe paperwork they required us to sign prior to ordering the quartz was comparable to a house closing Then they cut the shower base piece too short and had to fill it with epoxy on one sideThey did a poor job filling one side so we had them come back to redo itOnce they filled it, the epoxy never dried for days so they had to come back and redo it againThen they could not match the other side in color so repeatedly asked my husband and the painter if if matchedThe worse part is yet to comeThe tile contractor built the base of the shower slightly sloped so that once the shower enclosure was put on the top of the base, the water would roll off the base onto the tile floorHowever, the bozos who installed the quartz base leveled it out totally defeating the purpose of why it was sloped so the water just sits on top of it Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else for your stone

They did excellent work on installing my granite countertop which I purchased on 6/2013, in the paper work in which I was given, there is a one year warranty on the installation of the actual countertop and sink, with no mention of the granite countertop it's self. I assumed/ or was told because of the durability of the stone it would not chip, however it did and I contacted the company only to be told they do not put warranties on the top because it's a natural product which to me doesn't sound right because granite is not cheap!!

I'm extremely unhappy with Absolute Stone. We contracted them for a shower install 4 years ago. The initial work seemed great, but started leaking a couple of years later (showers are meant to last more that 4 years).

I would not choose this company again. We did a complete master bath remodel and worked with several excellent contractors including tile, plumbing, painting, demolition, custom mirrors and shower enclosures. Absolute stone was the only problem contractor.. We used them for 2 quartz vanity tops and the base of the shower enclosure. The paperwork they required us to sign prior to ordering the quartz was comparable to a house closing. Then they cut the shower base piece too short and had to fill it with epoxy on one side. They did a poor job filling one side so we had them come back to redo it. Once they filled it, the epoxy never dried for days so they had to come back and redo it again. Then they could not match the other side in color so repeatedly asked my husband and the painter if if matched. The worse part is yet to come. The tile contractor built the base of the shower slightly sloped so that once the shower enclosure was put on the top of the base, the water would roll off the base onto the tile floor. However, the bozos who installed the quartz base leveled it out totally defeating the purpose of why it was sloped so the water just sits on top of it. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else for your stone.","neg-1
