We hired Absolute Exterminating for our termite inspection during a mortgage refinance It was the best thing we ever did Frankie (the enthusiastic owner) was thorough, honest and knew what structural situations might lead to a problem When we found termite swarmers two years after the inspection, Frankie rushed over to investigate and treat our property (Seems the neighborhood's been chasing the colonies around for decades, since you cannot use the toxic chemicals once used to kill them -- you can only use barriers Some companies are better than others at applying thorough and effective barriers by using foam instead of liquid, which lingers in the ground longer.) Even though we had not renewed the inspection, Frankie shared the responsibility because it appeared to him that the in-wall activity had been going on a long time There was no way he could have seen it; it was totally hidden A tiny roof leak had been channeling water into the lower floor wall and created wet wood -- perfect for termites -- that could not be seen at all and we only discovered when an electric outlet in that wall went bad from the moisture Problem was completely solved and we've had no activity for several years after We also worked with Frankie two more times for other pest control, and he gave great advice on how to fix another problem on our own and save money He referred us to great people to deal with our squirrel problem, which he does not do(Don't know if he does now.) I referred him to some friends in the real estate business, and they were very grateful Frankie is such a good person -- energetic, and leaves you feeling you had a truly dedicated professional addressing your problems (Wish we could find more tradesmen like him!!) We will definitely keep our inspection up to date going forward For just $60/year against the potential cost of the damage these bugs can do, it is so completely worth it And always great to see Frankie again He just makes you smile with confidence that he's taking care of you He's a busy guy, so be patient and persistent to connect with him

Absolute was hired by a buyer who was in the process of purchasing my property to investigate a termite problem that had been previously addressed by my own Nationally rank pest control company, T***Absolutes report claimed that there were currently active termites and wanted $to treat itI had T*** re-investigate the area once again and once again they found that there were no active termitesIt is my contention that Absolute made up the damage in order to solicit businessUnfortunately, this misrepresentation of damage that did not exist caused my buyer to cancel our Agreement of SaleIf I could bring action against Absolute I would
