Absolute Towing and Recovery

I am rejecting this response because: Here is a photo of the valid parking passAs you can see it is signed out for the entire month of February, and also states that it must be removed from the mirror before the vehicle can be operatedObviously on a paper tag that causes stress on the joint that goes around the mirror of the carTo prevent being towed again with a valid pass it is now being taped in the vehicle at that jointAs your worker saw, as well as the person I had with me, when I walked out to the vehicle for the first time I opened the door and picked this valid pass up off of the passenger side floorThe pass was present inside of the vehicle, as your response said, but had fallen off of the mirror because of this faulty joint in the paperObviously this wouldn't happen with a pass if it was used for a day or as with someone visiting the property
