It is very unfortunate that is customer would give such information. After pulling the files on this customer my staff made notes about this situation in our data base. With this being so old I had to research what happened. From what we have on file is our crew was scheduled
to come out and perform cutting back a tree from the roof line. The job was performed per our crew leader who had been employed with us for over years. He climbed the tree off the back right corner and cut the upper tree back from the roof line. He did not preform any pruning from the lower section of the tree. He followed our arborist directions that was on the proposal. The work WAS completed on out end. We also had GPS tracking at the time showing the crew on that site for hours. The following day the customer received an invoice and said the crew was not on site. I cant fathom the thought a customer would provide such information on how we handled this discrepancy. We have been in the tree care industry for over years. If we treated our customers with ugly disrespect like she has claimed we would not be in business. We are heavily involved in our industry and community. We win top awards year after year for our excellence in customer service. This type of customer is the type all should avoid. Since receiving this email we are going to delete her from our DATA base. We will wave the money owed as this type of person is not worth our time. Also I am not sure why you could not reach us. We have two full time office staff that answer phones from 8am to pm. Also my email address should be on file which is how I received this one

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution of deleting the invoice owed and deleting me from their database is satisfactory to me.  I would not lie on anyone. My father and the lawn service can prove my claim in addition to me having my receipt of lawn service clean up of tree clipping and the recipt for purchasing the tree cutting tool and used. Thanks for helping me resolve this issue once and for all. I hope I will stop receiving invoices.
