Absolute Value Heating & Cooling

I had one of Absolute Value's techs at my house yesterday and he was so great. The tech was so respectful and he really explained what I needed and made sure I understood everything. I am very pleased with their service and will recommend this company to all my friends.

I checked out 4 different A/C companies and Absolute Value wins hands down! Impeccable service, knowledgeable and courteous technicians and very reasonable prices. They even have an 18 month same as cash financing available. They are licensed and bonded, have been in business over 10 years, and most importantly when I checked their record with the Revdex.com it is spotless! I had my air condition tuned up and they don't try to sell me anything I don't need. This honesty is rare nowadays. For this reason alone, I won't even consider using anyone else. I recommend them to everyone I know!

I had been a customer of Absolute for approx. 2 years, however, I was under a 4 year contract. In the first year I had no complaints, they made arraignments with me to do the annual spring and fall inspections and cleaning for my heating/cooling systems as per contract. Starting the 2nd year I had to call and remind them about coming out for them, (and received excuses why they hadn't contacted me). By the end of the second year I had to contact them to schedule an appointment again. The day arrived when the technician was supposed to be there and no one showed up. No phone call to tell me they had to reschedule or anything, (it was a Friday). I figured they would contact me on Monday, still nothing. I contacted them on Tuesday and asked why no technician showed up and was told they showed the job as "completed" by their tech. I told them no one showed up and no one called to cancel. I then contacted the owner and discovered it was his son that was supposed to be the tech that failed to show. I advised the owner that I was cancelling my contract with them, (it was prepaid), and wanted my money back for the remaining 2 years to which he agreed to refund. I had to contact them AGAIN, (two weeks later), to remind them I hadn't received my money. I was advised the owner had been sidetracked and would get it out right away, (which it finally arrived). My mother had also had them service her heating and cooling system, (that's how I found out about them), and also had problems with them, (before mine), and she also terminated her service with them.

Thank you Absolute Value Heating And Cooling for a job well done. They came to my home this morning and were prompt and courteous. The technician replaced a blown fuse in my furnace and didn't even charge me! I highly recommend this company and will be using them in the future

Last week I got a call from Absolute Value heating and cooling regarding a tune up special on my heating system. It had not been done in quite sometime so I went ahead with the deal. I must say they did an excellent job. The first thing I noticed is they showed up right on time which was a surprise for me, he introduced himself with a nice uniform and was well groomed another pleasant surprise these days. He went to work and checked everything. What impressed me the most is the fact that they found a nasty looking mold growing in my heating motor area and he took some pictures with his phone and brought it down to show me, he sprayed a desanitizer in and cleaned my system out. I just feel much better knowing it was done and I wasn't charged anything different than what I was quoted (which has happened before) my receipt says his name was [redacted]. I will be recommending Absolute to all my friends and decided to use the Revdex.com to let them know how pleased I am.

I've had other a/c companies out in the past, but most of them left a bad taste in mouth for one reason or another. This company has been taking care of me exclusively for almost 8 years now, so that really says a lot itself. They've always been very fair and willing to work with me, whatever the situation or circumstance . I give them an A+ . THANKS AGAIN FOR THE BEST SERVICE .
