I have been gathering information so that I can respond intelligentlyThe Nino's must pay $upfront to get their service startedThat is by contractI believe the confusion is that [redacted] and his son go by the same nameMy understanding is that their son set up service (not a stranger as they would like us all to believe that happened to have the same last name)He failed to be a responsible adult and that is our problemThey could be stand up parents and pay his debt but you can see that that is not who the Nino's are Have them contact [redacted] at [redacted] to set up "new" serviceWe will move the son's debt to BAD DEBT

I am rejecting this response because;I need a FULL apology from these people All I am hearing and seeing is a VERY unprofessional attitude and now I am a bad person and parent? If I heard this to my face, I would slap you Your attitude and your response is akin to a spoiled child You have a horrible customer service approach You have insulted me and my family you it For that I must insist in a complete and formal apology

No one was accused of eating a checkThat is not a truthful statementMr *** was extremely rude to both *** and myselfHe seemed to not believe that a check was issued and strongly insinuated suchI asked him to be patient and if the check was not received shortly, I would re-issue the
