She has not communicated anything about her shower since September 19, How are we to know wh at is wrongWe have told her that the joints in the shower do not need caulking because they lock into place and are waterproofShe has an American Standard shower unit installed and that is the way they fitShe refuses to believe this and insists that they need to be caulkedWe caulked one joint along the tub and the caulking does not work because it is unnecessaryShe was told that at the timeWe did this to satisfy her demandThe toilet seat was an exact match to her toilet, designed to fit , and it does perfectlyIt is new, it is quality and works perfectlyIt is repaired and she is still fault findingHer floors were not scheduled to be built up, that was not in the agreementWe were to replace the floor that was totally rotted under the tubThe tub was sinking into the crawl spaceHer walls have new drywall on them Her floor tiles were selected to work with the floor because her existing tiles were not made anymoreShe saw the tiles and approved them at the time of final payment Anythi ng else we will be happy to evaluate and repairIfthe customer will please call our office and set up a time we will be happy to come over and evaluate the problem Again I f this customer will just call uswe could resolve her issuesThank YouLarry Friedenson Friedenson Design

I had to call him back three times for the first toilet seat he put on was too small and he knew itI also told him about the water sitting in the wall because the tub and the wall did not meetTha water was sitting their and where ever there is water sitting it will be moldThat is why he put in the cheep calling that is coming out nowI also had to call him to fix the shower because it was improperly installed and water went in my crawl spaceHe also replace the base boards with screws and I call him again for the terrible job, I did not have screws in the base boards when he removed them why would he put that horrible looking mess in my board He had to return again to fix the base boardsThe company does a terrible job, a person shouldn't have to continue to call someone to fix what should have been done correctly in the first place Thanks

[redacted] The clauking he put in some of it came out, I am having another professional fix my problem. The wall and tub was not put in properly. I don't want any more of his terrible services. Thanks for your help
