Cleaning service scratched up the hardwood floors and will not fix The cleaning company performed their recent cleaning service on Tuesday August 8th Our first cleaning date was on April 25th and they have been coming every weeks with no issues until August 8thAfter they performed their cleaning duties, we found the hardwood floor throughout the entire house was scratched upThe owner was contacted immediately and informed us that he was on vacation in Orlando and would look at it when he returnedOn Tuesday August 15th the owner of the business looked at the damages and acknowledged the floor was scratched but declined to resolve the issueHe recommended that we buy scratch filler from ***'s or [redacted] to fix the scratches throughout the house and that he will not fix the problem

We have been using Absolutely Clean for about months and have been very pleased They are timely, respectful, trustworthy and most importantly, the house is clean when they leave
