Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 12687539, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.The company has resolved the issue and explained that there was confusion with another client, with the same last name on my street, with whom they were providing an identical service on that same day Apparently the delay in response was due to continued confusion and the company having to verify their records I am satisfied with their response and believe that the issue was honest error
