They even let us use their portable AC when ours broke, talk about going above and beyond. They are the Best, Cant say it enough!

My wife contacted this company to get another estimate. I already had one from A/C Mann that is very reasonable to replace our whole system which is 10 yrs old. I have used A/C Mann in the past and I was always satisfied with their work. The motor had caught on fire and everything else was on its last leg anyway. When [redacted] from the A/C Mann left the other day he told me to leave the switch on the air handler turned off. I told all of this to the Absolutely Cool service tech when he arrived today. I also pointed out what looks to be black mold. He obviously didn't understand what I was talking about. I'm a Respiratory Therapist and I recognize what black mold looks like. When he left he didn't leave an estimate and he left the switch on the air handler turned on. I notified this company and they denied that he left the switch on. NOW my home stinks like burnt rubber and I'm airing it out.
