Have not received refund of $500 after three calls. Said I would be put on list for june and later was told it wouldn't be until november.
I put down $500 on May 30th to be done in june and was later told it would be november. When I cancelled on July 11th an hour later said they could do it. I said I have someone here doing the job right now. He didn't like it and made a smart remark. Didn't like having it cancelled. I prefer to go with a company who will do what they said they will. Three calls and still haven't gotten refund yet.
Get refund of $500 back.
we have got a check mailed out to him today. we called the customer and apologized for the delay in cutting a check back to him. he said it wasnt a problem. all is taken care of
Want my deposit back
The businees required a deposit to schedule the work to be done in our basemwnt. They woould cut out 16 to 18 inches from inside basement wall and 16 to 18 inches down into basement floor to put in a tile line. After thinking about it I didn't think it was a good idea to be digging out so close the footings on the foundation and I didn't want the job done so I called them and told them that and I wanted my deposit back. All I have gotten is a hour long phone call from salesman trying to talk me out of changing my mind, but I don't want them to do job, and I want deposit back
