We did get a call on Valentines day Feb 14th from [redacted] scheduling a delivery for that day. We told him that we can not guarantee a time on Valentine's Day but we will have it delivered by 7:00pm that night. We have the address [redacted]. as the address to...

deliver to before 3:00pm and we were given an alternate address for after 3:00pm and that was the [redacted] The flowers were in transit most of the day. Unfortunately because the flowers were put on the truck during the morning hour our delivery driver delivered the flowers to [redacted] after the 3:00pm time frame, towards the end of her delivery run. We received a few calls from the recipient [redacted] throughout the day. She was stating that she was very upset that the flowers arrived at [redacted] after the 3:00 time frame. We realized that the recipient and customer were very dissatisfied with our delivery service so I chose to refund the amount in full, to them. I did express this to the recipient that I was issuing the credit as we spoke. See invoices attached that are time and date stamped. It appears that the customer does not realize that it does take the credit card processing department a few days to see the transaction on his statement. We did tell [redacted] that afternoon that we would not issue a refund right a way because we do not know exactly were the flowers are or what driver has the flowers so we need to gather more information on the situation. We also are happy to let [redacted] keep her Valentine's day Flowers. We are always more than happy to make sure our customer and recipients are fully satisfied with our service and product.
