I have reviewed the offer and/or response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below
First off, I don't see an offer to either pick up the top corner piece which was damaged or refund for the amount of the top corner piece. Second misinformation Ms*** provided, is we have never complained about the price, our only complaints have been the timeliness or lack there of delivery/pickup then the items being damaged once received, and at no point through any of this have they been willing to offer a refund, even now that we do not have the top cabinet. We did pick up of pieces on Jan 13th. The 5th piece which was damaged, and not picked up, was promised to be "personally" delivered on Jan15th by an employee named ***. Countless phone calls (most recent on Feb& voicemails left) and emails since that time, have gone unanswered with regards to making arrangements to pick up this piece. Our only request was to make sure that a new top cabinet was in fact ordered, and that we were not picking up the damaged piece. Again, no answer from ANYONE AT ABSOLUTE.I believe the details are lost on Ms***. The cabinets were ordered Nov 9th. Delivery was quoted as being sometime the last week of November (while our tile was being installed by J&J, who agreed to deliver the cabinets). Repeated calls and onsite visits were conducted to the business by my husband, who was told Absolute could not check on the status of delivery from the manufacturer (this after the stated delivery date had come and gone). The ship date on the boxes containing the cabinetry stated it was to be loaded on truck by December with delivery by December 22nd. A WHOLE month after the delivery date stated by Absolute. Not having the cabinets meant, not being able to get our vanity top installed, lights fixtures installed etc. As stated previously, we did not take possession of the cabinets until January 15th, just days after being notified they were available for pick up. The cabinets were not fully opened on site, only the tops of the boxes to assure they were at least the right color etc. That is when we noticed that the top corner piece's back was off due to being dropped or poor workmanship etc., who knows. Bottom line we STILL DO NOT HAVE THE TOP CORNER PIECE OF THE CABINET, OR REFUND for the amount of the top cabinet. The drawer units of the bottom cabinets would not align, again Absolute was made aware of this problem and stated that since we took possession they were not refundable. They made some mention of having someone come out and look at them, but again no contact made regarding doing this. We had to hire a contractor to come in, take the drawers apart and put them back together essentially to get the drawers to line up, admittedly this is not on the fault of Absolute, as they did not make the cabinets.Again, cabinets ordered Nov 9th, picked up Jan13th. This is now February 19th and we still do not have the 5th and final piece of the order, nor do we have a refund, or any attempt on Absolute's part to get in touch with us to pick up the 5th piece, or any guarantee that a new piece was in fact ordered.Surely Ms*** can agree that as a hard working homeowner, she would want quality for her hard earned dollars, for a company to stand by their word with regard to delivery dates quality etc., and to make every effort to make sure that customers are satisfied, and that communication between business owners and customer is essential to building a valuable relationship. I do not feel that we have been afforded any of their courtesies

Review: Order for bathroom cabinetry was placed on 11/09/15 and paid for in full with expected delivery date the last week of November, cabinets were not delivered. On two other occasions after contact was made by company to deliver, they again did not deliver. Absolute was told that if the cabinets could not be delivered during December, to cancel the order. We were told they would not refund our money because we canceled the order. On 11/06, phone call was received from Absolute and we were told the cabinets were there and could be picked up. What about delivery? They stated they never agreed to deliver, which they had on the 2 previous occasions. We made arrangements to take ownership on 01/13. We did not fully unpack the cabinets as they were in their original boxes, and we still had to transport them home. The top of the boxes were opened, and it was discovered that the top cabinet was damaged so we did not take ownership of that piece. The rest of the cabinets were transported home. The drawers were out of alignment. My husband tried to adjust the drawer mechanisms to get them to work to no avail. He took one of the drawer sections to a cabinet maker to see if they could be fixed, and they could not economically be fixed, if at all. I called Absolute to tell them the above, and stated that we would be returning the cabinets. They stated because someone else looked at the cabinet, that voided the warranty, and a refund would not be given. What warranty, one was never provided. So no refund was offered even after the cabinets arrived late, and now we are told that no refund will be offered because we took the cabinets and had someone look at them to repair brand new cabinetry. Please help.Desired Settlement: We would like to be able to return the cabinets to the company without problem, and get a full refund for the amount of purchase, $2,193.
