Revdex.com:In response to the recent submission from Absonutrix LLC: First, the full order of the serum that we received was not in accordance with our specificationsAbsonutrix LLC (Beauty Private Label) increased the retinal ratio without consulting usThis is what caused us to be dissatisfied with the product in the first placeWe have evidence to support this in a WhatsApp conversationTo avoid any further argument, we will forward the conversation record and other supporting emails to the Revdex.com in Greensboro, North Carolina Adam’s statement is therefore not factual as he admitted in a phone conversation to the addition of the retinal without our consentRaj also admitted in our conversation on May 17, “We apologize if the active components for the production run were higher than the sample.” To reiterate the situation, in accordance with industry standard, we received a sample of the serum and tested it on our staff with no adverse reactionsIn fact, the product was of high quality and overall greatThis is why we decided to place the larger order of pieces of the serumHowever, when we received the pieces it contained the additional retinal that we didn’t ask forOur clients and staff had serious reactions after one week of use We decided that this was all a misunderstanding so we agreed to a replacement sample that, once we received, was “off” and unacceptableIt smelt terrible, was watery and the product was separated In regards to their claims that we are trying to keep the products and yet are still requesting a full refund: We have offered to return the products in question several times right from the beginningWe offered to return them immediately after we received the first batch of products then again after the second sample we received on May 29, by emailWe have explained to them that we do not wish to continue this business relationship in any way and want to return all items to themWe asked Absonutrix LLC ( Beauty Private Label ) to take the products backIn fact, in one WhatsApp conversation they suggested that we dispose of the defective productsIn regards to their claims of abuse and harassment: We emailed them several times to try and get a response as this is a time sensitive matter due to the deadlines imposed by credit card companies and, not to mention, our company’s reputationWe explained to them that this is an unacceptable and dishonest way to do businessWe also told them how upsetting it wasMoreover, in several e-mails Adam promised to respond “by the end of the week” as we both agreed to this resultThen he promised to write us an email for a settlement by the end of the day but we never received a response so we had to call him againWe don’t see any reason why they would not accept a full product return for a refund unless there was an issue with the products and they couldn't sell them themselves to the other markets that they mentionedWe are writing here in case they choose to delay their communication furtherThe products are waiting in our office and ready for pick-upWe hope that they can make this situation rightWe have all supporting documentation to support these claimsWe will forward emails regarding all of these claims including their mention of offering a full refundThey contacted us and requested our paypal account but after that we have not received any follow up about the refundWe also have photos from our customers and employees showing their skin reactions as well as photos of all defective products that were previously mentionedTo avoid further back and forth arguing we are more than willing to submit all of these supporting documentsWe will update the Revdex.com once we have received the full refund amount as we were promised by Absonutrix LLC (Beauty Private Label)

I had a very similar experience with development. They take your money and run! BEWARE!

Hello,Absonutrix has been in constant and immediate contact with our former client in regards to this orderThe client had received an order in full of serum that matched all specifications required by them and agreed to prior to orderingThe fulfilled order is of good quality and this has been
confirmed by the client several times since its reception, despite the discrepancies waged in their claimThe client agrees to the quality of production, but due to specific needs had relayed that the product would not work in their respective marketTo be clear this same production run is selling in various other markets and is receiving positive feedbackThis production run matches all manufacturing specs required by the client.There has been no wrongdoing of Absonutrix, however in the interest of continuing business with the client, Absonutrix has offered and conversed on countless occasions with the client to discuss a free re-manufactured batch of product that may better suit the clients needs to be successfulAbsonutrix has offered to provide even more product than ordered to offset shipping costs and offset claimed damages incurred by client in hopes to continue business.To be clear; Absonutrix owes no compensation to the client for the order mentioned and the client has been abusive and has waged numerous threats since receiving their order.Going above and beyond what has been required Absonutrix has offered to compensate our former client and offer a second manufactured batch of reformulated product at no additional cost.The client has relentlessly harassed our employees to receive a full compensation monetarily for their order, knowing full and well that their initial order was of high quality.On June 20th the client agreed to accept free product, claiming that they would receive new product and rescind their complaints of Absonutrix so that both companies could continue working togetherAfter a brief period of review by absonutrix the client quickly wrote back again abusively threatening Absonutrix and rescinding their previous request for compensation in the form of product.Absonutrix values our clients dearly and is regretful in having to state that it can no longer continue business with a company that is as volatile as this oneWe will be offering full compensation for the order of this client as to cleanly dissolve our business relationship with no ambiguity.Absonutrix would caution other companies from working with a client that receives their entire order in full as specified and still requests complete compensation.
