However, if it is any indication of the record keeping, that is not our business nameIt has been corrected over the phone on at least two occasionsThe correct name is "Earth Alchemy Tattoo."

Cust was expecting a delivery 1-16 & was missed 3 days in a row.  I personally picked up the empty bottles on 1-19 and the deposits were credited toward their balance that day.  There is a remaining $14.32 balance that I will credit back to close this complaint.[redacted]
