After reviewing the customer's account, we concur with most of what the customer states in the complaint.The order to pickup bottles was scheduled on 6/26, and was not done That is our fault.The customer requested via email on 7/that the empties then be picked up on 7/3.Absopure responded that same day 7/1, that we were closed for the holiday on 7/and would be there on 7/to pick up the bottles.All of the empty bottles were picked up on 7/6, and a refund for $was mailed to the customer on 8/4/15.We're very sorry for the experience the customer had in this situation It is not the experience we want our customers to have

After reviewing the customer's account, the following information was found:- On 2/4/a regular delivery was scheduled, but the customer requested we not delivery, and only pick up empty bottles and they be switched off of automatic delivery and on to call in service.- On 5/12/customer
requested pickup of equipment and empty bottles.- On 5/18/the equipment and empties were picked up.- The customer paid the balance due on the account on 6/15/

that same day 7/1, that we were closed for the holiday on 7/3 and would be there on 7/6 to pick up the bottles.All of the empty bottles were picked up on 7/6, and a refund for $339.70 was mailed to the customer on 8/4/15.We're very sorry for the experience the customer had in this situation.  It is not the experience we want our customers to have.
