Placed an order and never received item. Week later the confirmation link when clicked was not found. Ripped off. Shouldn’t have to give them any stars.
I wish there was a negative star option. THIS IS A SCAM. I ordered 2 of the water bottles back in February and I HAVE NOTHING. I asked for a refund several times and just kept getting some automated message from some lady named Sarah and then the emails just stopped. This is horrible and this company is trash.
It's been over four months since I placed my order. They told me it shipped the beginning of February 2020 but have continued to tell me that there was no tracking information. I've continued to email them to request my product or a refund. They started out sending a generic email saying I would get tracking info when it is available but they now have stopped responding to my emails. They really don't even get one star from me. Please don't order anything from this company. You won't get your product and they won't refund your money. So very sad!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Waited 6 months..still nothing and now I find they closed down...no contact no nothing. Took money and just disappeared. Everytime I check the shipping status, generic message would always say the samething..hi im Sara..can I get your order number? Ask for a refund all you want..they never answer. Nwver buying anytjing from pop up shops again
No status on order, no shipping info, no invoice, no return e-mails upon inquiry. Their website is since defunct. Essentially, they’ll take your money and give you absolutely nothing.
Scam. Order made January 5th. By April 15th still not received. Numerous emails made with the same auto response from Sarah no matter what I said in my email.

This business is a scam. They took my money and I never received the item. Other online reviews say the same thing.They will sell you something really cheap so you think you are getting a deal. Send you an email that your order has been placed and you will receive tracking in about eight weeks. Then when you send emails complaining they send an automated response by someone named Sarah. It’s the same response over and over again and you never receive your item. They will scam you. Do not order from them.

painful a Rose Quarts bottle in Febuary! Never recieved it. The site is closed down and no way to contact the company.

I wouldn’t even give 1 star. This is a big scam of a business!! Do not buy from them! You will never revive your order or tracking info at that.
