We here at [redacted] would like to send out our condolences regarding any hardship this may have caused. Our policy regarding no refund and all sales are final policy, are a contract or agreement between [redacted] and customer. Attached is our evidentiary documents to back this claim up. We are a sovereign immune Native American owned company which prides itself with creating job opportunities for its’ people. Native Americans make up less than 5% of the nation’s work force. Revenue and profits aids our community in various means - educational funding, health programs, elderly programs, housing assistance, , etc. At this time, we have refunded the full amount to the customer.
