Abstract Moving & Delivery

I booked them two weeks in advance and thought that should be enough time for them to get their business together.
I was wrong.
They were late and gave us the old "we'll be here in 15 minutes" runaround for three hours.
Everytime I called to check on their whereabouts I either got an answering machine or lies/ attitude from the dispatcher.
I finally gave up and booked another mover that luckily valued my business and did a great job on time.
Would not recommend Abstract/ R&S to anyone and would never use them again.
