have to affirm and acknowledge the terms & conditions for our autoship program by marking the T&C check-boxes.According to our records, customer ordered our Skin Care and Eye Serum products on a day trial basis back on 09/30/and paid the shipping and handling fees,$for the Skin Care and $for the Eye Serum.The trial expired on 10/15/and due to the fact that our customer did not contact us to cancel their trial they were subsequently charged for the original shipments on 10/15/$for the Skin Care and $for the Eye Serum.Customer contacted our Customer Service on 10/16/and requested for the subscription to be cancelled, which we did.Our Customer Service also issued the customer a refund for the Eye Serum $charged on 10/15/and $for the Skin Care.However it seems the $for the Skin Care did not go through and do apologize for the inconvenience.Our company has issued a check in the amount of $99.01.Please allow 3-weeks for check to arrivePlease relay this information to our customer and feel free to let us know should you have further questions
