I am rejecting this response because: All the lies told in the Company Response! The Day of the initial Visit and first Treatment Owner Mike was shown live and dead bed bugs.. Two weeks later they came back out to do there 2nd treatment follow up. Since then I [redacted] have made several phone calls and text messages to the owner Mike. My husband even left a voice mail once. I eventually spoke to Mike one day and he said he was having health problems and will come out on the upcoming Thursday. That Thursday came and went voice mails and text went unanswered.. I have no reason to report them or lie... we paid money and our year gaurantee wasn’t honored that’s our issue.. So to lie and say you made several attempts and to lie and say there was no signs of live bed bugs is false..Thats horrible and bad for business this matter needs to be resolved in court like I stated in my last text message months ago... My number and address has never changed and I answer all calls and check my voice mail often.. I believe in honesty and being fair.. Clearly this company don’t understand the year guarantee they offer!

has said the problem was only in one room. We have treated the entire home each time at least three to four times, no signs of Bedbugs in houseat time of service, explaining this to customer. We have tried contact them by phone no answer.Maybe something is wrong with their phone, please have them contact us to resolve their issue withthis concern.If by chance they can put bedbug in plastic bag, alive one would be great.
