This was one of the coldest-longest winters in over decadesAs you can see and as she agrees we have been back multiple times moving dirt around to make sure it is to grade trying to help satisfy this customer! We should not be responsible for the existing landscape/schrubs as it clearly states in our written agreementWe really do feel that this customer is being unruly and will not be satisfiedWe do apologize for the way she feels but, we have done everything that we are obligated to do plus some Hope All Is Well [redacted]

We have called and left a message in regards to visiting the property and to come up with some sort of resolutionThis isn't going to be resolved by springThe concern from the homeowner is that the driveway was indeed heaving as opposed to sinkingWith that being a concern we would like to see the driveway once the frost is gone as well as the spring thaw to ensure the actual issue is addressedThis message was left on a voicemail 2/21/
We are in contact with this customer to try to come up with a resolutionAs you can see we have been involved with any and all issues up to this pointOur contract does state that we are NOT responsible for the items that she is asking, however we are still working with them to help satisfy this issue
We have been in contact as of this morning and afternoon to make sure this is handled correctlyWe really do care about our customers and do understand the frustration this has presentedIt is unfortunate that we do have a third party, which we did agree to take care of involved and causing such a mishapWe really do want this project off of our spring work board as much as this customer wants it doneIt has been an odd year for weather which does affect some construction projectsThe work ABT has done is still functioning correctlyWe will continue to follwith this customer until the job is done!
