I hired ABT after getting several quotes for my kitchen remodel This was the only company that came in with an estimate in my budget and I liked their process First, they came to my house and took measurements, next I went into the showroom to pick potential products, then after that I got a quote This was more accurate and easy for me to understand The products they use are of high quality, well rated, and there is a variety of price ranges They were flexible with the project; I could do the demo and most of the painting on my own to save some money
When it came time to start the project, I had to wait a bit longer than I expected, but I think what is still considered normalI made my initial payment to get products ordered on 2/and the construction started on 3/ There was a 3-4-week lead time to get cabinets ordered Once construction started, it went very quickly I was traveling, so Bill kept in touch by texting updates, questions, and pictures All workers were very friendly and skilled At one point, one of them even fixed something in my bathroom, which wasn't part of the project I have a dog and they were great with her The project was completed on 4/
I cannot say enough about the integrity of this company When the countertops were being installed, a small area of the cabinet frame got nicked I would have never noticed this on my own, but Bill immediately called to let me know and arranged for it to be fixed Also, they worked with me to find options for drawer pulls when my initial choice didn’t fit all cabinets They didn’t sweat the small stuff and just worked to get it fixed They also cleaned up very well at the end of each day
I cannot say enough about this company I had a great remodeling experience I did not have to deal with unexpected delays or costs I am a single woman who does not know much about construction and at no point did they try to take advantage of that I would highly recommend this group and will recommend them to friends and family I will also use them again as the need arises

Our project was relatively small...installing cabinets in a laundry room. I already had a design plan in mind, and [redacted] was most helpful in assisting us to stay within our budget, yet still get the look and cabinet space I wanted. Both my husband and I thoroughly enjoyed working with [redacted] and their crew, and are very pleased with the workmanship, the cabinet quality, and how well they cleaned up afterward. Their post job follow-up was also impressive. I would not hesitate to recommend ABT Home Services for whatever size remodeling project you might have.

We contacted ABT Home Renovations on the recommendation of a friend and neighbor who has used their services. They were very professional, extremely courteous and they did amazing work. [redacted] was extremely patient and helpful in giving us several options to suit the particular needs for this space and situation. They did a wonderful job of cleaning up the area every night as they left. They did everything they could to minimize disruptions to the day to day activities.

This is the third time I’ve used ABT for projects around my duplex; they came in as subcontractors for someone else on an earlier project. This time the job consisted of demo-ing my tenant’s old extended patio slab and pouring a new one; demo-ing mine, pouring a larger one and building a new roof for it; putting in new brick-cuffed posts on both patios to match the pergola posts out front; pouring footers and laying pavers around the patios; adding a ceiling fan to mine; stuccoing, priming and painting our two storage/laundry sheds; semi-enclosing both carports with new posts and two courses of brick; installing 8 new light fixtures around the duplex exterior; enclosing the back yard with metal fencing; building out a new storage closet with double doors on the front of my shed, and opening a wall and installing a new door into the shed itself; adding an exterior electrical outlet adjacent to my patio; and restaining the existing pergolas out front. The cost also included design work, creating schematical drawings for the city, obtaining a permit, and working with the inspectors.

I scheduled an appointment for [redacted] and [redacted] to come out and walk around the property while we discussed my ideas. They both offered suggestions and options, and helped come up with a plan that was even better than my original vision. After that visit, [redacted] researched my options and we fine-tuned the plan. He came back with an architect and I got an education in structural integrity and building codes. Work soon began and the crew members were friendly and respectful of me and my tenant. [redacted], the project supervisor, visited the job site daily; [redacted] was there most days, too. Everyone was wonderful to work with. Work progressed as quickly as inspections would allow, and passed each inspection. The crew carefully cleaned up after themselves when the job was finished and had the construction trash hauled away. ABT’s office assistant [redacted] was on top of communications and was extremely helpful every time we spoke or emailed. We actually did two walk-throughs when the work was complete, and touch-ups were made quickly. When I decided that I needed a double gate instead of a single one, the work was quickly scheduled and accomplished.

ABT demonstrates integrity, very high expectations for their own performance, and excellent customer service. This is my contractor for life.
