This facility provided storage for a foot travel trailerWe pay for months in advance by checkOur last payment was on December 1, for storage January thru April of On December 29th we sold the trailer and vacated our site on December 30thI returned the key on December 31; before the first of the month per contractWe spoke to ***, the owner, the day we removed the trailer and told him the trailer was sold and would not be coming back and would return the key on the 31stAfter waiting for 1/weeks, I contacted the owner regarding a refund for the months paid in advanceHe indicated he does not give refunds! I reiterated that we had vacated before the 1st of the month and returned the key as well, per our contract to no avail
I am seeking a full refund of monies paid for storage
