Mr*** came to Abu Auto Sales and made an special order for a GMC Yukon, then he changed his mind and asked if we could switch him to the GMC Acadia that we have
in stockWe agreed to make the switch, He test drove the GMC Acadia and asked us if we could charge the AC and fix the sunroof and that he would be back in the following Monday to pick up the GMC Acadia, he never showed upHe knew that the deposit is Non Refundable.Please advise Mr*** that the GMC Acadia is ready for him and he can pick it up at his earliest convenience.

Mrs*** came on February 11, and paid $by credit card, then on april we received a letter from her bank that she disputed the charges, so they credited her account back the $and took the amount out of our accountWe
contacted Mrs*** and asked her to come and pay the $in cash or contact her bank to honor the charges, but she didnt and asked us to come and pick up the vehicle. Abu Auto

Mrs. [redacted] purchased a 2004 Nissan Murano Vin#[redacted] from Abu Auto Sales on March 3, 2016 at the time she mentioned that the check engine light was on, our mechanic checked it and found it was 02 sensor, which he fixed. We called Mrs. [redacted] she came over and test drove the car again then proceeded to purchase the vehicle and signed all documents which are enclosed. The AS-IS form. She called us on 3/5/16 saying the check engine light had came back on, we asked her to bring the SUV back so we could check it for her, she didn’t bring g it back until 3/12/16. We had our mechanic to check it once again for the check engine light and the mechanic also check it for the smoke that she claimed was coming from the engine. Our mechanic didn’t find any of her claims to be true, So we've called her on 3/14/16 to let her know that the SUV is ok and ready to be picked up. She didn’t answer the phone we have left her message after message and still no responds back from Mrs. [redacted]. We believe that Mrs. [redacted] is having buyer's remorse and grasping for excuses thinking that she will not have to pay the money that she owes because she still has not finish paying her down payment. On August 19, 2016 Miss. [redacted] came to our Anderson Location to purchase a vehicle. She said that the car that she was diving at the time was up for repossession and she wanted to purchase another one before they came to pick it up. She asked about the 2007 Ford Fusion I told her it was $1000.00...

down and the monthly payments would run her about $200.00 a month, she said she only had $600.00. I told her that she could drive off with the $600.00 and that I would put the remainder on a promissory note. Miss [redacted] agreed. I told her that the car did need a wheel barring she asked if we would fix it I told her yes if she provided the part Abu would do the labor for free. Miss [redacted] called later in the week and said that the vehicle seems to have another problem and could we switch her to another vehicle. Abu Auto Sales has tried to work with Miss. [redacted] and switch her to another vehicle but she didn't like any other vehicles that we showed her. We have done everything to try to resolve the issue to satisfy our customer. Miss [redacted] left the Dealership in her 2007 Ford Fusion that she purchased.

We have resolved this issue with Mr. [redacted] and he's satisfied now.

I have had my car for two years my transmission went out after the first year and I was going to give the car back. The owner came to me and said I will get my car fixed and I pay him back as much as I can. So every month I have been paying more than my car payments so he will be getting paid to. I get a knock on my door afree 12am on Saturday 3-14-15 telling me they have to REPO my car because I'm 120days late on my payment. Mind you I just paid $500 on the 3-4-15 and they see me every month on the 5th. I don't understand how you can take my car and my payment is up to date.
