On August 19, Miss [redacted] came to our Anderson Location to purchase a vehicleShe said that the car that she was diving at the time was up for repossession and she wanted to purchase another one before they came to pick it upShe asked about the Ford Fusion I told her it was $ down and the monthly payments would run her about $a month, she said she only had $I told her that she could drive off with the $and that I would put the remainder on a promissory noteMiss [redacted] agreedI told her that the car did need a wheel barring she asked if we would fix it I told her yes if she provided the part Abu would do the labor for freeMiss [redacted] called later in the week and said that the vehicle seems to have another problem and could we switch her to another vehicleAbu Auto Sales has tried to work with Miss [redacted] and switch her to another vehicle but she didn't like any other vehicles that we showed herWe have done everything to try to resolve the issue to satisfy our customerMiss [redacted] left the Dealership in her Ford Fusion that she purchased
Mrs [redacted] came on February 11, and paid $by credit card, then on april we received a letter from her bank that she disputed the charges, so they credited her account back the $and took the amount out of our accountWe contacted Mrs [redacted] and asked her to come and pay the $in cash or contact her bank to honor the charges, but she didnt and asked us to come and pick up the vehicleAbu Auto
I have had my car for two years my transmission went out after the first year and I was going to give the car backThe owner came to me and said I will get my car fixed and I pay him back as much as I canSo every month I have been paying more than my car payments so he will be getting paid toI get a knock on my door afree 12am on Saturday 3-14-telling me they have to REPO my car because I'm 120days late on my paymentMind you I just paid $on the 3-4-and they see me every month on the 5thI don't understand how you can take my car and my payment is up to date
Mrs [redacted] purchased the Nissan Maxima As-IsAs you may know, when you take the car to [redacted] they're going to try to sell you new tires, so they're going to make sales statements such as, your tires need replacing and they are not always rightAny how, Mrs [redacted] did purchase the vehicle As-IsAbu Auto
ABU AUTO SALES [redacted] *** [redacted] , SC (864) [redacted] Complaint Number: [redacted] Mrs [redacted] purchased a Nissan Murano Vin# [redacted] from Abu Auto Sales on March 3, at the time she mentioned that the check engine light was on, our mechanic checked it and found it was sensor, which he fixedWe called Mrs [redacted] she came over and test drove the car again then proceeded to purchase the vehicle and signed all documents which are enclosedThe formShe called us on 3/5/saying the check engine light had came back on, we asked her to bring the SUV back so we could check it for her, she didn’t bring g it back until 3/12/We had our mechanic to check it once again for the check engine light and the mechanic also check it for the smoke that she claimed was coming from the engineOur mechanic didn’t find any of her claims to be true, So we've called her on 3/14/to let her know that the SUV is ok and ready to be picked upShe didn’t answer the phone we have left her message after message and still no responds back from Mrs [redacted] We believe that Mrs [redacted] is having buyer's remorse and grasping for excuses thinking that she will not have to pay the money that she owes because she still has not finish paying her down paymentWe have went above and beyond our duties to satisfied herIf I can further assist you please feel free to contact me at the number above.Thank You, [redacted] Owner
