The service I started with was the service MsTrepresented to be the service that was given to us for the agreed fee that we started with - $per month which was to include bill paying, invoicing, balancing our account and providing payrollI for $per month was our agreementWhen I disagreed to sign the new agreement for less service at a higher rate, I was shut out of my quickbooks account without notice and only given access again when I agreed to hours of service for $per monthAt that fee we were only provided payroll and account balancing servicesUpon getting the advice of other accounting firms, I agreed to this amount only so that I could get through the end of the quarter smoothly I also found it unusual, especially for an accounting firm, not to provide hard copy invoices to back up their withdrawel payments, which I still do not haveOn August 8th, when my checks and paperwork were supposedly all returned and we were doing all of our own bill paying, I found it highly unusual when a withdrawel for $was made on Ms T's behalf, without any notification (even electronically) using one of our own checksI made a inquisition about this, including the fact that I realized that not all of our paperwork had been returnedMs T's response was to lock us out of our Quickbooks account again, without any notification, even though here services were paid in full to dateHer reasoning was that "communication channels had failed" and she no longer wanted to do business with usEven though it was only 2/f the way through the middle of the month, we were required to pay for the month in full, with a cashiers check, before we could get access to our accountI find these actions highly illegal and unethical for an accounting filmI find such actions both immature and highly unprofessional, not to mention seriously hampering our ability to continue our flow of doing businessMsT.offered only to give us access to our Quickbook files when we brought a cashiers check to herI returned to find that the back up we were given was locked and still we had no access- even after paying her in fullMsTinstructed all of her employees not to comply or communicate with usAfter repeated calls to her, in an attempt to contact her directly, we only received access after four days when we were forced to have our attorney contact her directly

Review: Stay away from [redacted]!!!Over-promised, under-delivered, and will set your back business back in time and in money. The company,owned by [redacted], Abundance Accounting claims Abundance and that they provide accounting services when in fact they falsified their representation in their marketing. BEWARE!!!! This is not an accounting firm even though the name might lead you to believe it might be. This is a small time book keeping operation who makes big promises to grow your wealth, provide counsel on your wealth management, and accurate book keeping records when in fact all I received was invoices with nothing to show for their work. I paid Abundance Accounting $700 already out of pocket and they keep sending me invoices but Abundance Accounting has not produced a profit and loss statement, a balance sheet, or any records that they did any work. [redacted] said she was going to file my quarterly returns and make that all required paperwork was turned in and this wasnt the case. I received calls from the State Department of Revenue and Division of Labor that my accounts were overdue which told me that she had not done the work she said she was going to do.When I told [redacted] of Abundance Accounting our working relationship was over and I wasnt paying any more invoices she sent my account to a national collections agency in order to be paid.I couldnt have asked for a bigger nightmare. My advice is stay as far away from this company as possible.Desired Settlement: [redacted] has billed me for work that she did not do even though she keeps sending me invoices and sent my claim into collections. I would like for [redacted] to personally apologize for taking advantage of my situation and remove any of my outstanding invoices that have been sent to collections.
