I reiterate I was not told there was any additional problems after the Technician "so called returned" after he supposedly conducted a dye test.Again I reiterate, I made a trip to my house last week with another techThere was no dye in the system, on or near the the systemIt had only been about a month and a half since Abundant Air had come out so there should have been evidence of dye somewhere on or about the system, the slab, etc.I rebuff the statement that I told them that I was not financially prepared to get further work conductedI reiterate my part are under warranty until My condensoer is under warranty until I purchased the house in I moved May of 2015.This is further evidence that *** *** adamantly told me he was the technician and I pointed out on my reiciept that it was Paul and now you see that Paul is now annotated on the response.When I called on June and explained the situation, *** *** incessantly disregarded anything I said about following up and my Warranty was for days and displayed behavior unprofessionally and unethicallyHe did not entertain the thoiught of having any tech to follow-upI would not trust him and utilize him to perform any work ever
