10th was not a cashier check and did not have all the information to qualify for processing. We were notified by the company that processes our international transactions ([redacted]) on Dec 28th that the check was missing the name of the remitter, which was the case, and could not be processed further. We contacted [redacted] asking for the name of the remitter information on December 28th and received a reply from him until sometime shortly before we resubmitted the check on January 4th. The funds were fully collected and credited to his account on January 21st.
