Revdex.com,I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.all I have told you before is unfortunately all I have. Just he said, she said. I have no documentation, contract, or anything that wouldnt already be on file there. I just took their word for it, assuming that such a business with good google reviews would follow through. I just made it clear after the first gal stopped me mid sentence and said "the first visit is complimentary'' that that meant "everything? The visit, procedures, x-rays?" and I was told yes. They tried to stick me with the whole bill, but took off everything but the x-ray charges. The x-rays are why im filing this complaint.Regards,[redacted]
