Out of my years of doing business as the owner, this is honestly the oddest experience I've ever encountered? Ms [redacted] 't "fiance" tried to order a graduation sign to be placed at Ms [redacted] 's address on June 21, 2016; however, he did not have the funds to do so.? The customer then called back on June 24, because he now had available funds.? We made special arrangements for him as we were sold by then for the weekend.? He was pleasant to deal with and seemed to have no issues with our service and was very appreciative we could do a sign for him at last minute notice.? We informed him that due to this being our heaviest weekend of the year, that the graduation sign could arrive as early as 5:pm on Friday, June or as late as 10:am Saturday June 25, 2016.? We do not guarantee graduation signs to be done by 8:a.mas we do with our birthday signs as we have extremely heavy schedules during the month of June to accommodate area graduations.? He was perfectly o.kwith this and we proceeded to place his order I personally arrived at approximately 9:a.mto deliver the signAs I was pulling up, I noticed Ms [redacted] on her porch with her door half open with another female with her.? I waved at her assuming she was making sure I knew the sign was to go in her yard.? I put the sign up and went to my truckI was in her yard for no more then five minutes as I can set them up very quickly and be on my way? I did see Ms [redacted] as I was leaving by the yard sign and I assumed she was taking pictures of the sign, when in fact, I now believe she was typing the below email to our company.? I was not approached by her nor did she in any way try to have a conversation with meI had two more signs to deliver and left.? I I'm not sure why Ms [redacted] is pulling the "race" card into this situation, and I noticed she didn't put in her Revdex.com complaint that her other big? issue with our company was that I had what she says was a SHORT summer dress on.? I was dressed appropriately and met our company standards of dress code.? I did not receive a call from the actual customer who placed the order at any time after the sign was placed that he was unhappy with our servicesJust a string of emails from Ms [redacted] saying she would "pray for me and my kind" and other harassing statements As I mentioned, this was honestly the oddest complaint and behavior I've ever experienced in my years of operating Yard Art Thank you? ?
