Abuzz property management was the worst leasing office I've ever had the displeasure to work withFixing a bathtub: calls, weeks, and threatening to call a health inspector Getting my security deposit back: calls, office visits, months, and threatening litigation Oh and my apartment flooded twice thanks to their abmissal laundry facilities, it took over a week for them to send a carpet cleaner both times The management will always be pleasant but will lie straight to your face over and overThank god I never have to deal with them againHours and hours of my time gone
Abuzz property management was the worst leasing office I've ever had the displeasure to work with. Fixing a bathtub: 11 calls, 7 weeks, and threatening to call a health inspector.
Getting my security deposit back: 23 calls, 2 office visits, 2.5 months, and threatening litigation.
Oh and my apartment flooded twice thanks to their abmissal laundry facilities, it took over a week for them to send a carpet cleaner both times.
The management will always be pleasant but will lie straight to your face over and over. Thank god I never have to deal with them again. Hours and hours of my time gone.
This is in regards to the apartment we rent at [redacted] Colorado Springs Colorado. In October 2015 Shelly and maintenance walked the apartment when it was taken over from Sunflower Management to go over various things that needed to be addressed within the apartment. I was told it would be taken care of. Among the list was the front door, unstable closets and the ant problem were among the more serious. Here it is May 21, 2016 and here is what been addressed: Nothing. Absolutely nothing. Now the ant infestation has become largely out of hand. In the kitchen bathroom and both bedrooms, coming out the walls. Despite our attempts at self maintaining via ant traps. And to top it off now we have mice! I have talked to Shelly since then and the conversation ended in "That makes me so mad we pay [redacted] monthly to take care of the premises" and the rest of it was "Maybe by spring". Very very bad business.
