Review: [redacted] of company failed to honored a signed contract to legalize [redacted], to Department of Building Standards, and obtain a Certificate of Occupancy inspection re: electrical work. [redacted] attempted to make the undersigned pay for an additional inspection which was already paid for, and included in the contract. He is now incommunicado, and the building has no legal certificate of occupancy. Furthermore [redacted] performed shoddy work installing a window. the window leaks and caused damage to the interior 1st floor wall.Desired Settlement: [redacted] obtain the necessary inspection and repair the window, or refund 5,000 dollars for my expenses of obtaining permits and electrical work/inspection myself, and an additional 1,000 for the replacement and repair of my wall and window.
