Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because: Jean P[redacted] seems to think it is acceptable to take a deposit of $from me, call it non-refundable, but in more than a year, fail to offer me a kitten to purchaseThis is internet [redacted]Since she doesn't have kittens and more than a year has passed, I demand reimbursement of the deposit PeriodSeems pretty clear.? I am asking the Revdex.com to examine the facts of this case and weigh in on itThe Jean P[redacted] has no legitimate argument here
Sincerely,

Responses to [redacted] Revdex.com complaint (I am not a Revdex.com client, if that matters) 1)      [redacted] comment to Revdex.com: “She indicated in an email at the time that I would have a kitten the following spring or early summer “unless litters are extra large.”...

On December 1, prior to getting a deposit, I told her, “I don’t know specifically which breeding your kitten would come from. Some of my girls come into heat more often than others. Winter things slow down. Depends on litter size and gender as well.”   My comment to her was actually “Your kitten would PROBABLY come from a spring or early summer LITTER unless litters are quite large.”   NOTE: If I kitten were born in spring or summer, there would still be a lag time before kittens would leave, and I had told her in a subsequent email  that since she was on the East Coast requiring a long flight, the kitten would leave at the older end of the age to go. (meaning tack on another 3 months from time the LITTER was born, meaning for a spring (March 20 – June 21, birth) summer, ( June 21 – August 21st , birth)  that would be a kitten available in (June 20 to September 21) or in (September 21 – November 21st) if all went well with litters being born and succeeding. So best case scenario, she would not have had a kitten until June 20 –November 21 2017.   2)      On December 1, prior to accepting her deposit I stated to [redacted] in a Dec. 1 2016 4:45 AM email that My policy is that “There is a nonrefundable deposit to be on my list.”  It is also stated clearly on both my websites on the kitten buyer interest form page that the deposit is not refundable.   3)      [redacted] comment 2 to BBC: “Subsequently Jean P[redacted] never once contacted me with breedings, upcoming litters, newborn kittens, or anything else.” Several times throughout emails I tried to explain to [redacted] that I don’t normally share litter information about specific kittens in case it applies to one she will be getting. “I usually don’t discuss status of litters until I have a kitten 6-7 weeks old.”  And, “Sorry, I usually don’t update unless there is a (sic) specific good news to share.” Meaning a kitten for the person next in line for it. Then we could start planning for the kitten’s eventual departure… 4)      [redacted] complained that I didn’t initiate emails to her, but I have some 27 emails from me to her either initiated by me or responses to her questions. I sent her pics of kittens born here over the past to show her examples of my kitten which she seemed to appreciate.   5)      [redacted] on again/off again emails to me regarding her kitten and deposit: a)       Monday May 1, 2017 6:47 pm “I thought I gave you a $400 deposit in order to move up on your wait list. No hard feelings, but I would like to withdraw my name from your lists and ask you to return my $400. Thanks”.   Email response to her May 1 2017 7:22 pm” If you go to my websites…on the application pages, my terms re: deposits are clearly listed. I do not return deposits, they are a two way commitment…. Not sure if you found one elsewhere but I will leave you on my list for the time you decide you want one.   6)      On 5/2/17  Tue, May 2, 2017 at 4:59 AM I received an email from [redacted] stating only “Just keep the money and the kitten. Enjoy.     7)      [redacted] email re: deposit on 5/2/17 “Go ahead and keep me on the list, but please let me know what’s going on. “   8)      Received [redacted] dispute notice from [redacted] re: [redacted] dispute and denial of her claim Sat, Nov 25, 2017 at 10:03 AM   9)      Email from me to [redacted] on Sat, Nov 25, 2017 at 4:47 PM re: my goodwill offer to refund her deposit over time as I could make payments.  “Although it is on both my websites on the kitten application pages that deposits are nonrefundable, it's my intention to give you a refund. However, it will come in small payments over time…”   10)   [redacted] email response to my offer.  Date: Mon, Nov 27, 2017 at 1:06 PM “Payments in small amounts: not acceptable.    11)  MY NOVEMBER OFFER WAS REJECTED.   12)   [redacted] filed a Revdex.com complaint against me…. Received 12/17/17
