I purchased a sofa and chair from WWF in june received it in sept.(custom made) the chair was ripped on top so I sent it back,the sofa has a lump on the top back and they say that's just how its made they can do nothing about it,I have sense found a few spots that look like the material is wore [redacted] the only one I have spoken with is the receptionist and I have to keep calling her to see if someone can help,I even took a sofa cushion into the store to show then and still nothing,I told the receptionist I would even buy another set and pay more but still nothing,I am a senior and have no one to speak for me please help me if you can,as far as I'm concerned they have no [redacted]
