Similar to some of the other reviews here, I say stay away if you have an alternate option
Getting the W/D delivered was fairly easy and I had them for over years without much issue at all
However, what's the reward for being a loyal customer who pays on time and in full every month?! Multiple failed promises on a pick up date
As we moved into a townhouse that had its own equipment, I had scheduled a pickup in advanceOnly for that to be cancelled the day of because a few "drivers called out"Your staffing concerns should not impact your customers, I reluctantly agreed to a pickup for the next day (today) as long as it was in the morning since our lease is up todayThey assured me it would be prioritizedBut guess what? It's 6:10pm and my leasing office is closedThanks to this service company we are now in violation of our leaseJust got a call saying they will have to reschedule to tomorrow, 9/9, because of "unforeseen circumstances beyond their control"Because of this company I have used days off work just on call waiting for them
This company should not be trusted to treat you or your time with any amount of respect
