Review: Air Wave picked up 2 air conditioning units (that I had purchased from them previously) for service on Nov. [redacted] and said they would be returned to me in February or March. When I did not hear from them I called and was told they did not know where my air conditioners were. When I produced the receipt and cancelled check with my service deposit they then said they had my air conditioners and would deliver and reinstall them on April [redacted]. On April [redacted] they did not show up. When I called, they did not remember making the appointment and again said they did not know the location of my air conditioners. When I refreshed their memory again, I was then told that the air conditioners 'needed a part'.

When I asked when I would get my units back, I was told 'I don't know, when we get the part, maybe next week'.

I have empty holes where wall units should be and summer is coming. These AC units cost me approximately $900 each - one is only 3 years old and the other is 7 years old.Desired Settlement: I want my air conditioning units back and installed in working order. If Air Wave has lost or damaged my units, I want either replacement (new) units or a cash amount equivalent so that I can purchase two new units elsewhere.

Although this complaint is not directly health related, with hot weather imminent I need my air conditioning as I suffer from an [redacted] that is aggravated by hot and humid weather. I rely on air conditioning to stay healthy.

I don't know who you may have spoken to but your units have always been here and are in perfect condition as well as in perfect working order. Review: Two window air conditioners were purchased and installed June [redacted]. At the ime of the purchase I was told that the message boards would be replaced. One works with the remote, the other does not. I was told that it would take 2 weeks to get them in. I have placed calls asking if the covers have arrived. One owner says we are trying to get them and the other says bring them back and we will refund the money. At this point, the units have been installed and work well, I just want the company to give me a message board that works and allows me to set the temperture and use the remote. It is unfair to me to have to plug and unplug a unit or even to return the unit because the company has decided it does not want to fullfill an agreement. The company (AC Cooling) DBA Airwave is using a reputable company name and is providing shoddy business practices.Desired Settlement: The desired outcome wold be to receive the 2 working message boards as promised for the payment already received.

[redacted] never purchased the air conditioners from our Salesman, [redacted]. The air conditioners were purchased, at a substantially discounted price, by a former employee, who was terminated recently, [redacted] purchased the units "as is" , from the President of the company directly, and was aware of the condition of the air conditioners prior to purchasing. Our Salesman, [redacted], was in no way involved with this transaction. When we attempted to resolve any issues, under no obligation, [redacted] never got back to us with his decision. [redacted] has never contacted us personally regarding these air conditioners. We have only dealt with [redacted], who we did offer to give a full refund in exchange for the 2 air conditioners but he refused. We would like to settle this issue as amicably as possible to make all parties happy. We strive to keep our customers happy and provide the best possible custo mer service.

At this time, I have not been contacted by Air Wave Air Conditioning Co. Inc. regarding complaint ID [redacted].

I have had to call the business twice with no resolution. When I finally spoke with the owner- [redacted] on July [redacted], I was told that I would have to purchase the covers or give back the units because the covers were too expensive.

The company has gone back on the original agreement and refuses to resolve the issue. Their solution is to give back the money so that the units can be resold at a higher price.
