Every once and a while a business goes that extra mile to accommodate a customer. This was my recent experience with Metro Mitsubishi.

When we purchased our car a year ago there was a miscommunication about rust proofing and to my horror I recently discovered a significant rust spot. When I brought it to the attention of Metro Mitsubishi they took no time in correcting the problem. The management and team not only fixed the rust spot but also added rust proofing to the entire car at no cost - and to think that I was worried about a potential huge unexpected expense!

I would highly recommend Metro Mitsubishi to anyone who is in the market for a new vehicle. Thanks to everyone at Metro Mitsubishi for taking such good care of us!

Complaint[redacted] information sent to the insurance company stating that the information was sent and approved and just waiting for the cheque to be issued but when I contact the insurance company they have not heard from him .This action has resulted with big problems with suppliers and financial institutions who thing that my word when they will get paid is wrong and I have to deal with these suppliers and banks in the futureProduct_Or_Service: insurance adjusterDesired Settlement[redacted] fixes the damage down to my credit rating and going forward if he has not done the claim tell the truth as to why the claim was not sent on [redacted]Business Response [redacted]I believe Mr. [redacted]'s complaint is in regard to the length of time it took to make a payment to [redacted].I received the invoice involved directly from [redacted], by fax, on March 11, 2016. I cannot pay an invoice without the approval of the insured. I called Mr. [redacted] on March 15 to obtain his approval. I left a voice message from him to call me. I did not receive a response from Mr. [redacted] so I called him again on March 24 at which time he gave approval to make the payment request to his insurer, as we do not issues checks from our office.I submitted the report to request payment on April 1. The report is submitted in dictated form and is then typed by Support Staff. Once it is typed it is sent by courier to the Insurance Company who issues the check to us. We then mail the check to the payee. The length of time between the dictating of the report, the typing of it and sending by courier to the insurance company for issuing of the check, is dependent on amount of reports ahead of it to be typed. The report was typed and sent on April 12.Mr. [redacted] called after the report had been dictated and requested the status of the payment request to [redacted]. I advised Mr. [redacted] the report had been submitted and I was awaiting the check for payment. Mr. [redacted] then called the insurer who advised they had not received the report to request the payment. The report had not yet been typed to be sent.[redacted] The issue on the payment request described above was due to a misunderstanding as when I stated the report was submitted and was awaiting the payment was correct, however, it was not yet typed and sent to the insurer. [redacted]. Had he called me to clarify I would have provided the above information to him.I have called [redacted] and explained the situation regarding the payment request. They received full payment on April 19.To ensure the remainder of the claim proceeds smoothly I have re-assigned the claim to another adjuster in our office, who has made contact with Mr. [redacted] Consumer Response (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)when I talked to ** he said he had been in contact with the insurer and every thing was in order and sent to the insurer as of march 24 for payment nothing about a delay until april 12 as when it was sent this not the first time this has happened so I have had to call the insurer in the past and also his office to find out when he has sent paper work in .In the end of aug 2015 he contacted me about payment to me and he said it was all sent in ,so why did I have to contact the insurer and not get paid until about the third week of nov.2015 [redacted]
